oui c'est tres de sigma
In addition to plants that attract butterflies with their nectar-rich flowers, it's also important to include host plants in your garden. Host plants are specific plants that provide food and habitat for butterfly caterpillars. Here are some examples of host plants for butterflies: 1. Milkweed (Asclepias): As mentioned earlier, milkweed is the host plant for monarch butterflies. Monarch caterpillars exclusively feed on milkweed leaves. 2. Parsley, Dill, and Fennel: These plants are host plants for swallowtail butterflies, including the black swallowtail and the eastern tiger swallowtail. 3. Passionflower (Passiflora): Passionflower vines are host plants for the Gulf fritillary butterfly. The caterpillars feed on the leaves of these vines. 4. Nettles (Urtica): Nettles are host plants for various species of butterflies, including the red admiral and the comma butterfly. 5. Spicebush (Lindera benzoin): Spicebush is a host plant for the spicebush swallowtail butterfly. The caterpillars feed on the leaves of this shrub. 6. Pipevine (Aristolochia): Pipevine is a host plant for the pipevine swallowtail butterfly. The caterpillars feed on the leaves of this vine. 7. Senna (Cassia): Senna plants are host plants for the cloudless sulphur butterfly. The caterpillars feed on the leaves of these plants. 8. Violets (Viola): Violets are host plants for various species of fritillary butterflies, including the great spangled fritillary and the silver-bordered fritillary. By including both nectar plants and host plants in your garden, you can create a welcoming habitat for butterflies throughout their life cycle.
I saw one yesterday in the Ottawa area so I think they are moving.
Spiders are alive?? That's strange because my mate Paul told me that they weren't.
So lovely!!! Thank you for posting!
This should be shared with other cities' conservation authorities. Local nurseries and Home Depot are so bad at helping maintain the Ecosystem in Ontario.
My problem is when they start growing they are so fragile that die from watering how can i make them now droop over
Has anyone tried to turn one into a bonsai..
Love your passion for birds! Thanks!
so cute!
I never knew! 🤯
A small piece of mine that I have had over 1 year broke off last summer so I just stuck it in dirt and it grew. By fall this little piece had red bracts on it. Simple. They get the same light all year and now the mother plant has tons of red bracts on it. Goes out in summer then in for winter.
You are awesome, thank you^^
Great tips! Thank you!
The only video I’ve seen on this. Why is it not more popular? You’re a beast! :)

So, in the 6 weeks of waiting for new growth, does it need light?
What are the details of what people will be seeing?

Mine just died. Rest in peace poncettia 🙏
So my poinsettia was purchased in a pot with 3 other leafy plants that I want to keep alive. What I’m assuming is that I’ll need to remove the poinsettia from the arrangement and then continue along with the cutback and repotting that you demonstrated. That way I could possibly save both the leafy plants as well as the poinsettia. Does this sound right?
The music is blocking her voice
I clone them by putting the pruned branches in water for a week or so until I see roots or for a week whether I see roots or not and plant them in some Happy Frog soil and keep them for many years to come!
Good informative video, the background music is unnecessary and VERY annoying
Mr. Justin CHen is my grade 9 sci teacher :)
Thank you what a great video 😊
Wow. LED lights. So beautiful
They also are tree climbers. Their bellies are iridescent. Beautiful animal.
Love you guys
Looks boring
I made one last year with my son at a Kids in Nature event. They provided the material. I was looking at a way I could do it with my pre-K students, since I don't have access to wool. Thank you for the great ideas. It isn't letting me post a picture.
Blessings in an abundance of the faith. I salute you. 🫡😘✝️ Grace and peace be unto you and to this place. 🌹 If we are Lukewarm, He will spew us out of His mouth. I pray tongues of fire 🔥 over the church through the Holy Spirit. Will you believe and receive Jesus Christ as your Lord and personal savior??? I do. 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊❤❤❤🤍🤍🤍🪝🪝🪝🪝
I'm going to try it thanks for the info. Lots of birds where I live

Peter Dalglish as in 🪳 convicted child rapist UNICEF/UN Peter Dalglish? Pure evil. Disgusting
I love your energy! God bless
Sound recording needs some improvement. Hardly can hear it. Thanks!
I agree, nice video, great enthusiasm but the sound is wayyyyyyy too low
Thank you for this video. I " rescued " 2 plants from my church the second week of January. 1 of the plants is doing quite well while the other, unfortunately, may not last. Apparently I have been watering a bit too much and certainly need to prune back the fading plant if I want to save it. BTW, as of April 20th I have had both plants 3 months and they were at church for a month before that. Thanks for the tips.
Sound is terrible!
Ok fine you got me
I have one poinsettia that is 13 years old and one that is 8 years old. I kept them in the same pot and just water once a week. No fertilizer and never trimmed. They have sat on a table at a west facing window the whole time. This fall I finally repotted them into bigger pots and new soil. They both produce the coloured leaves each year between December and April.
Hi thanks for sharing. I just got ponsettia from a friend and I want to ask if it’s going to survive without indoor sunlight? Here is -20 winter time and rarely gets sunlight in any room. Will appreciate your advise.
@@viviancordoves4220mine do not get direct sunlight in the winter. In summer, they got about an hour of direct sunlight and they did great. I unfortunately got a very bad infestation of white flies. Thousands covered every poinsettia but thankfully did not bother any other plants I have. Took them all outside and used a hose but they were sticking to the leaves and I could see eggs covering every leaf. They were outside for a couple of weeks and hundreds of those flies would fly all over when shaking the branches. I cried my heart out having to throw them all out. Especially when the plants were still alive and healthy but could not rid the flies and could not take them back into the house.
I've been finding a lot of cotton from the farmers as the wind blows it everywhere so I've been separating a lot of this cotton from the seeds obviously I keep the seeds can I use cotton in my bird bag for the birds to use for their nesting ☺️
Hi all. Breathe air in. (God created all things. His son, Jesus, died to forgive us of all wrong doing via his unbreakable red blood. He rose to life 3 days later.)
